Statistics Dashboard

Note: Available from version 2.4.0

The statistics dashboard gives you an overview of how your FAQ content is being used by customers. At a glance, you can see which questions are viewed most frequently – and where gaps in your FAQ offering may exist.

Open the dashboard

  1. In the Admin, navigate to FAQ Manager → Statistics.
  2. The dashboard opens and displays the current analytics.

Available metrics

MetricDescription
Total viewsTotal number of page views across all FAQ pages in the selected period
Most viewed entriesRanking of FAQ entries by view count
Views by pageBreakdown of views per FAQ page
Views over timeView history over time (daily, weekly, or monthly view)

Select a time period

Use the time period filter in the top right of the dashboard to adjust the evaluation period:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Custom period

Practical uses

  • Identify gaps: If a topic is viewed particularly often, customers are clearly searching for answers there – check whether the existing answers are sufficient.
  • Identify irrelevant content: Entries with very few views may not be relevant and can be revised or removed.
  • Spot seasonal trends: Use the time period filter to see whether certain questions are asked more frequently at specific times of year (e.g. shipping questions before Christmas).
