Integration into Shopping Experiences
Note: Available from version 1.2.0
With the FAQ Manager, you can embed selected FAQ entries directly into Shopping Experiences. This lets you reach customers exactly where they're looking for information – for example on a product page or landing page.
Use cases:
- Embed general FAQ entries on the "About us" page
- Show product-specific FAQs on a category page
- Display shipping and payment questions on the checkout page
Embed FAQ entries into a Shopping Experience
- In the Admin, navigate to Content → Shopping Experiences.
- Open the desired experience or create a new one.
- Add a text element at the desired location.
- Click the element swap icon (top right of the text element).
- Select "FAQ Manager – Entries" from the list of available elements.
- Open the element settings (gear icon).
- Optionally add a title for the FAQ block.
- Select the desired FAQ entries from the list.
- Click Save.
Note: Only active FAQ entries are available for selection.

| Title | Optional heading above the FAQ entries, e.g. "Frequently asked questions about this product" |
| Entries | Selection of FAQ entries to display in this block |
Tips
- Keep it contextual: Only select FAQ entries that match the context of the page. Shipping questions belong on a shipping page, not on a product page.
- Limit the number: 3–5 FAQ entries per block is usually sufficient. Too many entries distract from the main page content.
- Combine with related entries: Use the "Related entries" feature (from v2.4.0) so customers can navigate from the experience FAQ to related topics.
