Sales Channel Selection

Note: Available from version 2.2.0

The sales channel selection controls which sales channels (shops, languages, domains) an FAQ page appears in. This is especially useful if you operate multiple shops or language versions.

Important: If you assign no sales channel to an FAQ page, the page will not appear in any shop. Always select at least one sales channel when creating or editing an FAQ page.

Assign a sales channel

  1. In the Admin, navigate to FAQ Manager → Pages.
  2. Open the desired FAQ page by clicking on its name.
  3. Find the Sales channels field in the right column (below "Categories").
  4. Click the dropdown field.
  5. Select one or more sales channels.
  6. Click Save.

Troubleshooting: FAQ page not visible?

If your FAQ page does not appear in the shop, check the following:

  1. Is the FAQ page marked as Active?
  2. Is the correct sales channel selected?
  3. Was the page saved after the last change?
