Create an FAQ Page
An FAQ page is the top-level page that your customers visit in the shop – for example at the URL /faq. You can create multiple FAQ pages for different topics or sales channels.
Create an FAQ page
- In the Admin, navigate to FAQ Manager → Pages.
- Click Create in the top right.
- Fill in the form (fields described below).
- Click Save.
Important: An FAQ page is only displayed in the shop if it is marked as Active and at least one sales channel is assigned. Make sure to select your shop under Sales channels in the right column.

Tips for structuring your FAQ
- Multiple topics, multiple pages: If you have many FAQs across different areas (e.g. general questions and product-specific questions), create separate FAQ pages for each.
- Use the description field: Write a short introductory text in the description field. This improves the user experience and can support SEO.
- Don't forget the sales channel: Always select at least one sales channel when creating a page – otherwise the page will remain invisible.
