Welcome to the FAQ Manager for Shopware 6!

With the FAQ Manager, you can create and maintain professional FAQ pages directly in the Shopware Admin – no technical knowledge required. Give your customers around-the-clock access to answers for frequently asked questions while reducing the workload on your customer service team.

What can the plugin do?

  • Create and manage FAQ pages
  • Create categories for structured content
  • Maintain FAQ entries (questions & answers)
  • Add FAQ pages to the shop navigation
  • Integrate FAQs into Shopping Experiences
  • Configure SEO settings per page, category, and entry
  • Sitemap integration for better search engine indexing
  • Sales channel control – display FAQs per shop
  • Pagination for long FAQ lists (from version 2.4.0)
  • Related entries – link similar questions (from version 2.4.0)
  • Statistics dashboard – analyze views and usage (from version 2.4.0)

Plugin structure

The FAQ Manager works with three levels:

  1. Pages – The top-level FAQ page that customers visit in the shop (e.g. /faq)
  2. Categories – Thematic groups within a page (e.g. "Shipping", "Payment")
  3. Entries – The individual questions and answers

Recommended setup flow:

  1. Create an FAQ Entry – Add questions and answers
  2. Create an FAQ Category – Group entries by topic
  3. Create an FAQ Page – Assign categories and activate the page
  4. Add an FAQ Page to Navigation – Make it visible in the shop
