Troubleshooting
The dashboard is empty
Right after installation there are no calculated figures yet. Trigger Recalculate in the dashboard or wait for the nightly scheduled task. Also check whether there are any orders/returns in the selected period at all.
The forecast box stays empty
This is usually intended. Most common reasons:
- No product reaches the minimum orders (default 20).
- The expected returns round to 0 because orders are thinly spread over a long period.

"Nothing to classify"
The AI classification only applies to free-text return reasons that have not yet been classified. If there are no open free texts, this is the correct message. Check under Return reasons whether any free texts are recorded at all.
"Connection failed" during the API key test
- Check the prefix of the key (
sk-ant-for Anthropic,sk-/sk-proj-for OpenAI). - After saving, the key is displayed masked. The test then automatically uses the stored key – you do not need to type it again.
- Make sure the key is active and has credit/quota available.
The API key is no longer shown
This is intentional: stored API keys are never returned in plain text for security reasons and are only displayed masked (••••••••). The key continues to work in the background.
No report email arrives
- Check the recipient address and the sending cadence in the settings.
- Sending depends on the scheduled task – make sure the task scheduler or the message consumer in Shopware is running.
- Use Send test email to check delivery and mailer configuration.
Menu entries missing after an update
This is usually a browser cache. Clear the cache or use "Clear site data" and reload the administration.
