Email notification

The plugin can inform you regularly by email about the state of your returns – without you having to log in actively.

Setup

In the Settings tab you define:

  • Recipient email — one or more addresses, comma-separated
  • Weekly — sent every Monday
  • Monthly — sent on the 1st of the month

If both weekly and monthly are active, the monthly report takes precedence on the first of a month and no additional weekly report is sent.

Content of the report

The report summarises the most important figures: total return rate, number of returns, estimated costs and the products with the highest return risk.

Test send

Use Send test email to send a sample report to the configured address to check delivery and formatting.

Sending is tied to the scheduled task – make sure the Shopware task scheduler or the message consumer is running.
