Customer segments
The Customer segments tab shows how returns are distributed across your customer groups.
Return rate per customer group
A table lists, per customer group, the number of customers, the average return rate and the number of returns and orders. This reveals whether certain segments return above average.
High-risk customers
Optionally, customers with a particularly high individual return rate are flagged as high risk. Two settings from the configuration apply:
- High-risk customer threshold (default 50 %)
- Minimum orders for customer risk (default 5)
A customer is only evaluated once the minimum number of orders is reached – so individual cases are not overweighted.
Privacy: the overview shows aggregated values per customer group. Individual customer data only becomes visible after an explicit click on "Show customers" and serves internal analysis purposes only.
