Returns dashboard – Shopware 6

Dashboard

You find the dashboard in the administration under Orders → Returns Analysis. It is the plugin's home screen and summarises the state of your returns at a glance.

In the top right you choose the time range via the filter bar (e.g. "Last 30 days", "Last year" or custom). With Recalculate you can trigger the analysis manually at any time.

KPI cards

  • Total return rate — share of returns relative to orders in the selected period, incl. comparison to the previous period
  • Total returns — absolute number of returns
  • Return costs (estimated) — extrapolated from the number of returns and the amount per return set in the configuration
  • Products with red score — number of high-risk products; clicking takes you straight to the filtered product list

Returns trend

A line chart shows the trend over the selected period. Use the toggle to switch between rate (%) and count (absolute).

Forecast (next 30 days)

Shows the expected returns for the 7, 14 and 30 day horizons including confidence.

The box stays empty as long as no product has enough orders for a reliable forecast (see Forecast). This is not a bug but intentional – with too little data no numbers are invented.

Return reasons

A donut chart with the distribution of return reasons. The full evaluation is available under Return reasons.

Top risk products

A ranking of the products with the highest return risk, each with a risk score and return rate. From the rows you can open the product analysis or jump directly to editing the product.
