Product analysis & risk score
The Product list tab shows all analysed products with their return rate and risk classification.
Risk score
Based on its return rate every product is assigned to one of three classes:
| Score | Class | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 🟢 Green | Low risk | Return rate below the yellow threshold |
| 🟡 Yellow | Medium risk | Return rate between the yellow and red thresholds |
| 🔴 Red | High risk | Return rate above the red threshold |
You set the thresholds in the configuration.
Filter & search
In the filter bar above the table you can:
- choose the time range
- search by product name or product number
- filter by risk class (e.g. only red products)
CSV export
Use CSV export to download the current evaluation as a file – handy for further processing in spreadsheets or reports.
Product detail
Clicking a product opens the detail view with the return rate trend, the current risk class and – if available – the forecast value. This makes it easy to see whether a problem is getting worse or easing.
