Configure Retouren Prognose – Shopware 6
Configuration
You reach the settings via the Settings tab in the plugin (Orders → Returns Analysis → Settings) or via Settings → Extensions → Retouren Prognose.
Risk score thresholds
Define the return rate at which a product moves into the yellow or red class.
| Setting | Meaning | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Yellow threshold | From this return rate (%) a product counts as "medium risk" | 15 % |
| Red threshold | From this return rate (%) a product counts as "high risk" | 35 % |
The yellow value must be lower than the red value – the plugin prevents invalid combinations automatically.
Cost & analysis
| Setting | Meaning | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Cost per return | Calculatory amount per return for the estimated return costs on the dashboard | 12 |
| Analysis period (days) | Time window over which orders and returns are evaluated | 365 |
| Minimum orders for forecast | From how many orders a product receives a forecast (statistical reliability) | 20 |
Products with fewer orders than the minimum deliberately receive no forecast – with very few orders predictions would not be statistically reliable. See Forecast for details.
Customer segment analysis
| Setting | Meaning | Default |
|---|---|---|
| High-risk customer threshold | From this individual return rate (%) a customer counts as high risk | 50 % |
| Minimum orders for customer risk | From how many orders a customer is evaluated | 5 |
Automatic recalculation (scheduled task)
| Setting | Meaning | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Time of the daily calculation | When the background task recalculates the analysis | 02:00 |
The task recalculates the analysis, updates the forecasts, classifies – if enabled – free-text return reasons via AI and sends the email report if configured.
Email report
| Setting | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Recipient email | One or more addresses (comma-separated) for the automatic report |
| Weekly / Monthly | Sending cadence of the report |
See Email notification for details.
AI Pro features
The optional AI classification of return reasons is described in its own chapter: AI classification.
