Installation

Retouren Prognose requires Shopware 6.7 and PHP 8.2 or higher.

1. Obtain the plugin

Download the plugin from the Shopware Store or purchase it via your account. For a manual installation you receive a ZIP file.

2. Install and activate the plugin

Option A – via the administration (recommended)

1. Extensions → My Extensions → Upload and select the ZIP file
2. Click Install for the plugin and then Activate

Option B – via the console

bin/console plugin:refresh
bin/console plugin:install --activate FutiRetourenPrognose

3. Database tables

The required tables are created automatically during installation:

• futi_return_analysis — aggregated return figures per product
• futi_return_prediction — calculated forecasts per product and time horizon
• futi_return_reason — recorded return reasons (structured or free text)

4. Clear the cache

bin/console cache:clear

Uninstalling

When uninstalling you can choose whether the recorded data is kept. Without the "keep data" option the plugin tables are removed completely.
