Statistics Dashboard
Note: Available from version 2.4.0
The statistics dashboard gives you an overview of how your FAQ content is being used by customers. At a glance, you can see which questions are viewed most frequently – and where gaps in your FAQ offering may exist.
Open the dashboard
- In the Admin, navigate to FAQ Manager → Statistics.
- The dashboard opens and displays the current analytics.
Available metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total views | Total number of page views across all FAQ pages in the selected period |
| Most viewed entries | Ranking of FAQ entries by view count |
| Views by page | Breakdown of views per FAQ page |
| Views over time | View history over time (daily, weekly, or monthly view) |
Select a time period
Use the time period filter in the top right of the dashboard to adjust the evaluation period:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Custom period
Practical uses
- Identify gaps: If a topic is viewed particularly often, customers are clearly searching for answers there – check whether the existing answers are sufficient.
- Identify irrelevant content: Entries with very few views may not be relevant and can be revised or removed.
- Spot seasonal trends: Use the time period filter to see whether certain questions are asked more frequently at specific times of year (e.g. shipping questions before Christmas).
