Integrate FAQs into Shopping Experiences

Provide your users with answers to their questions without interrupting the experience.
With this feature you can seamlessly integrate FAQs into your Shopping Experiences — for an intuitive and interactive experience.
It is possible to integrate selected questions into a Shopping Experience using a new element.
Here's how:
- Open the Shopping Experience: Select the Shopping Experience into which you want to integrate the FAQ feature.
- Add a text element: Place a text element at the desired position in your Shopping Experience.
- Swap the element: Click the "Swap element" icon (top right) in the text element.

- Select the FAQ Manager entries: In the following window, select the "FAQ Manager - Entries" element.
- Adjust the settings: Open the element settings (gear icon) and enter a title.
- Select questions: Choose the questions you want to display in your Shopping Experience. Important: Only active questions are displayed in the frontend.
