Accessing the Service Center
Customers can reach the Service Center via:
- Direct link:
/service-center - Account menu: "Service Center" navigation
- Footer link: "Customer Service"
Creating a Ticket
- Open the Service Center
- Click "New Ticket"
- Select a category (Technical Support, Order, Return, etc.)
- Enter subject and description
- Attach files (optional)
- Submit ticket
Ticket Tracking
- Ticket overview in the customer account
- Status updates in real time
- Email notifications on changes
- View message history
- Write replies
Using the FAQ
- Searchable knowledge base
- Category filter for targeted search
- Article ratings for feedback
- Related articles suggestions
