Accessing the Service Center

Customers can reach the Service Center via:

  • Direct link: /service-center
  • Account menu: "Service Center" navigation
  • Footer link: "Customer Service"

Creating a Ticket

  1. Open the Service Center
  2. Click "New Ticket"
  3. Select a category (Technical Support, Order, Return, etc.)
  4. Enter subject and description
  5. Attach files (optional)
  6. Submit ticket

Ticket Tracking

  • Ticket overview in the customer account
  • Status updates in real time
  • Email notifications on changes
  • View message history
  • Write replies

Using the FAQ

  • Searchable knowledge base
  • Category filter for targeted search
  • Article ratings for feedback
  • Related articles suggestions
