Installation

1. Plugin Download

Download the plugin from the Shopware Store.

2. Plugin Installation

# Via Shopware CLI
bin/console plugin:install --activate FutiCustomerServiceCenter

Alternatively: Manual installation

Extract the plugin to /custom/plugins/FutiCustomerServiceCenter
Activate it in the Administration under Extensions → My Extensions

3. Clear Cache

bin/console cache:clear

4. Database Migration

The required database tables are created automatically:

futi_customer_service_ticket
futi_customer_service_ticket_message
futi_customer_service_category
futi_customer_service_knowledge_base
futi_customer_service_return_request
futi_customer_service_chat_session
futi_customer_service_chat_message
