Administration → Catalogues → Customer Service Categories

Create a New Category

  1. Click "New Category"
  2. Enter name and description
  3. Select icon from the predefined set
  4. Set color using the color picker
  5. Define sort order
  6. Activate status
  7. Save

Edit Categories

  • Inline editing in list view
  • Detail view for comprehensive changes
  • Bulk actions for multiple categories
  • Live preview of changes

Ticket Management

Administration → Customers → Service Tickets

Processing a Ticket

  1. Select ticket from list
  2. Change status (Open → In Progress → Resolved)
  3. Adjust priority
  4. Compose a reply
  5. Add internal notes
  6. Assign ticket to a staff member
