The "Warenkorb Upload pro Artikel" plugin allows your customers to upload individual files directly in the shopping cart and transfer them securely with their order — ideal for personalized products such as print items, engravings, or custom-made goods.

What can the plugin do?

• Uppy Dashboard with modern drag & drop directly in the shopping cart
• TUS protocol for resumable uploads (works with large files and interruptions)
• Webcam support — customers can take photos directly
• Image editor — crop and edit images before uploading
• Min/Max upload count configurable per product
• Allowed file types and maximum file size configurable
• Compatible with the SwagCustomizedProducts plugin
• Upload overview in the customer account (order history)
• Upload column in the admin order overview
• Support for identical products with different uploads

How the plugin works

The cart upload operates on two levels:

1. Global configuration — Allowed file types and maximum file size apply to all products
2. Product configuration — Uploads are enabled per product and min/max limits are set

The upload flow for the customer:

1. Add product to the cart
2. Upload files in the cart via drag & drop or file browser (optionally: webcam, image editor)
3. Complete the order — files are securely linked to the order

Recommended setup flow

1. Configure the plugin — Set allowed file types and maximum file size
2. Enable upload per product — Activate upload and define min/max
3. Customize email template — Show uploads in order confirmation (optional)
4. Set up internal email — Forward uploads internally (optional)
