Troubleshooting

The Quality Gate menu or the display on the product does not appear

After installation or an update the Administration bundle must be up to date. Clear the cache and reload the Administration (hard reload):

bin/console cache:clear

If you work in a development environment, rebuild the Administration and install the assets:

bin/console assets:install

The dashboard shows 0 violations although products are incomplete

  • Check that the relevant rules are not set to Disabled (Configuration).
  • By default only main products are checked. Enable "Check product variants" if variants should be included.
  • Trigger a manual scan to refresh the figures.

A product does not lose visibility although it has blockers

  • The operating mode must be set to "Enforce" — in "Report only" mode nothing is ever changed (Operating mode).
  • Only rules with severity Blocker remove visibility; warnings do not.
  • Check whether an active override exists for the product.

A blocked product is not made visible again automatically after correction

This is intentional: Quality Gate Pro only removes visibility, it never restores it automatically. Restore visibility in the affected sales channel manually after you have corrected the product data.

Scheduled scans don't run

Scheduled tasks require a running scheduler or message consumer. Make sure messenger:consume or the Shopware task scheduler (via cron) is active. A manual scan helps to verify.

Values differ between pages

The dashboard, product display, audit log and notifications use the same data source and should show identical values. If not, clear the cache and trigger a manual scan.
