Audit log – Quality Gate Pro
Audit log
The audit log records every relevant action of the plugin in a traceable way — for compliance, troubleshooting and transparency.
You reach it under:
Catalogues → Quality Gate Pro → Audit log
Logged event types
- Visibility removed (
blocked_visibility) — a product's visibility was removed in a sales channel due to a blocker violation - Override enabled (
override_enabled) — an override was created for a product - Override disabled (
override_disabled) — an override was removed - Scan completed (
scan_run) — a scheduled scan finished (with statistics)
Columns of the overview
- Created at — time of the event
- Event type — a colored badge per event type
- Product — product name, linked to the detail page (where applicable)
- Source — trigger (e.g.
scheduled_scan,on_write,manual) - Comment — justification/note, if present
Filtering and searching
- Filter by event type — restrict the list to one event type
- Search — search by product name, product ID or comment
Detail view
Via the context menu (three dots) at the end of a row, open "Show details". The detail view shows all information about the entry at a glance — the rule violations are at the top, followed by time, event type, product (linked), sales channel, source, user and comment.
Retention
How long entries are kept is set in the Configuration via "Audit log retention (days)" (default 90 days). Logging itself can be switched on and off via "Audit logging active".
